How it Works
Join a Care Circle
Download the Arlow app and have your loved one invite you to join their Care Circle. Once you’re added, you can see their daily schedule, to-dos (like “take medicine” or “go for a walk”), and who else is helping.
Be involved in their daily progress
See what’s been done and what’s coming up, even if you’re far away. You can add reminders, update tasks, or make small changes anytime.
Access all of life’s important documents
Keep important information — like insurance cards, medication lists, or emergency contacts — safely stored and immediately accessible when needed.
Stay ahead of mobility risks
Arlow keeps an eye on the everyday factors that influence your loved one’s stability, from how they move to the medications they take and the conditions they’re managing. If it spots early signs of risk, it’ll develop clear, personalized tips to keep your loved one steady and safe.

Can I be part of more than one Care Circle?
Currently, users are only able to join one Care Circle. In an upcoming launch, we intend to broaden your access to more than one Care Circle. We look forward to announcing that soon.
How does Arlow secure the information that is shared?
Arlow uses industry standard privacy and security procedures to ensure all information is encrypted and confidential. Access controls determine who is authorized to view and modify information.
What if my loved one doesn’t have a smartphone or doesn’t use technology easily?
Arlow is simple and accessible by design. You can handle set up and coordination for your loved one or use Arlow exclusively within your Care Circle. Older adults don’t need to manage the app themselves to benefit from connected, coordinated care.
Will I be able to see what my loved one is asking Arlow?
No, conversations with Arlow are kept private.
Can I pay for my loved one’s subscription?
Absolutely! You can initiate a Care Circle and invite a Loved One. You can be the subscription payment owner.
